[x] DB refreshing job updating
[ ] Update scrabbling script:
enable xrafgo & for AM Rafgo "xdb appserver -name AMLabeltraxxAS start" to scrambling scripts & for EU RafGO it is "xdb appserver -name EULabeltraxxAS start")
[ ] roll out on EU/AP/AM

I do not want to take too much time to modify the script: just add at the end of script: echo "do not forget to do 'xdb appserver -name AMLabeltraxxAS start'"
