This is an experimental PR to add a discover command that configures the local TeX environment and an open command which handles PDF opener selections along with forward and reverse sync.
Issues
[ ] Discover command should be able to save to directory or file options file.
[ ] pdf-view only works out-of-process with Atom.
[ ] Okular Windows port outputs console message to a dialog box. Very irritating for info messages from --unique. Looks like Okular complains about non-uniqueness if DBus is down. The Windows port includes support for DBus, but if there is no dbus-daemon then the dialog box is shown.
[ ] Sync issues - the following all use a shell script for reverse sync
[ ] Okular - Not configurable from CLI.
[ ] qpdfview - Not configurable from CLI.
[ ] Skim - Not configurable from CLI.
[x] SumatraPDF - Configurable from CLI.
[ ] Zathura - In addition to script method, which is configurable from CLI, there is a DBus method but this won't work until pwmt/zathura#34 is released.
