survivor weapons unequal between rounds #155

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. first survior team gets rifle & shotgun
2. second survior team gets shotguns only
3.

What is the expected result? What is happening instead?
both survivor teams to have the same weaons.  Instead the first team gets the 
rifle which gives the first team to play survivor a distinct advantage

What version of confogl are you using?
latest

On what operating system is the server running?
no idea

What version of sourcemod and metamod are you using?
no idea

Do you have any logs about the issue? Setting confogl_debug "1" is
reccomended.

was observed during a confogl game on steam, using official dedicated server.

You're refering to the Confogl mutation, however this site is only for the full 
confogl modification.
