What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Generate the HMAC-SHA1 signature with the string as
"timestamp=07102011162458131&rand=0.5191447692923248" using any HMAC-SHA1 key
on a windows machine and then on Ubuntu JAUNTY. You should see a difference in
the signature generated.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The signature generated on any machine should be the same for the same string
and key used

We encountered this issue with a user having the user agent listed in IIS logs
as
"Mozilla/5.0+(X11;+U;+Linux+i686;+en-US;+rv:1.9.0.19)+Gecko/2010040116+Ubuntu/9.
04+(jaunty)+Firefox/3.0.19 200 0 0" We came to a conclusion that this is
happening only for the user having ubuntu jaunty. This was working fine with
another user using ubuntu lucid
