Snapshot image doesn't have webif

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download
http://downloads.x-wrt.org/xwrt/kamikaze/snapshots/brcm-2.4/default/openwrt-brcm
-2.4-squashfs.trx
2. Flash it on your router
3. Try to use the webif

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Our lovely X-Wrt Webif
Instead: 404 Not Found

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and web
browser?
N/A
Tried to flash an ASUS WL500-GP, working perfectly with an old X-Wrt.

Please provide any additional info below.
Telnet works, SSH too after setting up the password, but the /www directory
is empty.

The buildbot has had issues for sometime building brcm-2.4 the rest of the 
branches
should be fixed.
