Add Layout Widgets #27

Introduces several layout based widgets and two layout based decorations.

New Classes:

Flex/Row/Column and associated render nodes
Stack (incomplete)
Block (a wrapper around div)
FlexChild (applies flex properties)
Positioned (applies absolute positioning).

PTAL at the render node implementations, I am not sure if they are doing the right thing.
