Can genkI help me to generate some simulation data? #5

Hi! Thanks for your perfect work! I'm looking for a method which can generate virtual perturbed data. When I notice GenKi can predict the effect after perturbation of certain target, I wonder if Genki could just generate the simulated KO data for independent analysis in addition to the initial goal. Besides, I am also concerned about if GenKI can perturb multiple genes simultaneously as a optional setting. With best wishes! cdd

@caodudu Hi, GenKI is currently designed for gene knock-out inference and does not have the capability to simulate KO data. However, if you're interested, similar to what we did in the simulation section, you can manually remove a gene from the gene network and input the graph into a graph-based gene expression generator like SERGIO.
