Could you give us a introduce about RTRDet? Such as the architecture of it and the progress of it? Thank you.

@huihui308 RTRDet is just the simple exploration of the Real-time DETR, and it's not yet mature. I want to design a single-sccale DETR, inspired by the Anchor-DETR and the latest Plain-DETR. I yet have no enough GPUs to finish this work, so you could ignore it.
