Skins Do Not Work When "Use Look-n-Feel" Style is Enabled #301

Describe your actions to reproduce an issue:
1.Go to Settings - Interface Menu
2.Enable "Use Look-n-Feel" Style
3.Choose Skin to use
4.Hit Apply

What result do you expect? What result did you get?
I expected to have the skin work, any of them. No skin will work while this 
option is enabled.

Which version of program and OS do you use?
v2.1.0.134, Windows 7 Home Edition
