Tagbooru's renaming feature #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Windows file system limitation
2. Tagbooru executable automatic rename feature
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The main issue I'm having is with Tagbooru's naming feature. The filenames are
far too long, to the point that it crashes my windows explorer on occasion when
trying to rename them all. Not only that, but certain files are so long that I
cannot delete them or even rename. (Filename too long error message)
Personally, I do not care for ALL the tags, just the tagset name is enough, so
having options would allow for more versatility.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tagbooru_v0.6.7, Windows 7 64-Bit

Please provide any additional information below.

An option to toggle between a variety of renaming features would be ideal, such
as the following:

-User can specify the amount of tags allowed

-Name file based on numbers.(image00, image01, image02..etc)

-Allow user to choose what ALL the tags should be named. For example, if they
wanted "blue_mary", then it'd name them all blue_mary + numbers.(blue_mary00,
blue_mary01, blue_mary02..etc)

I also have this problem. I would like it fixed. It says in the Q&A that it's
setup so that it caps out at 200, but that's simply not true.
