Patches to build on linux with musl libc

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Get a musl libc based system http://musl-libc.org
2. Try to compile google-breakpad

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Various compilation failures.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

The attached patches fix compilation. They are made against chromiums git.

The 6th is not strictly necessary. It only fixes a warning.
For the basename patch, https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1041962 is 
very related.
