现在b站更新了摩天大楼新礼物，可以取消风暴了，摩天大楼的机制仍然是全站相应（后来分区了） #48

机制类似于小电视 api都没变…… 感觉不像最终版的样子 现在

摩天大楼分区相应，已经修正基本完成
