accuracy for test avi #31

I would like to know the original results on 'plastering.avi' for the rgb and the flow stream. Also, Im trying to use this code with python 3.6 and opencv 3.4. Is this possible to compile?

No. Python3.6 or OpenCV 3.4 needs some updates to the code.
