COO generic SpMV unit test fails for arch=sm_20 #54

On WinXP, CUDA 3.2, MSVC 2005.

The error does not appear for arch=sm_10 or arch=sm_13.

$ cd testing
$ scons arch=sm_20
$ ./tester
