Feature request : don't switch smartphone off when connected #19

When Bluetooth_GNSS is connected to the receiver and is the front application, disable smartphone/screen switch off, so we don't have to touch very often the screen to keep the view on Bluetooth_GNSS.

Successfully checked on two smartphones both with direct download and later installation from android store.
