[Fea] multi-gt and nearest mode inference #11

Update model inference by adding support for:

  1. Multiple ground truth inference
  2. nearest mode inference

Changes include:

  1. Update the inference script. Add arg 'mode'.
  2. Update the InferenceDataset. Collect data in nearest mode.
  3. Add a new function in ModelInference for multi gt.
  4. Clean previous dataset and inference function.
  5. Add a new example clip. and more
