IMSdroid 2.0.395-preview - missing text field from dialer #230

Using 2.0.395 on Android 2.1. The dialer screen has only a numeric keypad and 
does not allow the entry of a text URI.  It looks as if version 1 of IMSdroid 
did have this but it appears to be missing from the current version. 

Corrective action - add (back) the text box that allows a SIP URI to be 
directly entered in the dialer screen.
