Audio Codec Bandwidth #252

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.all Audio codecs 8khz

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
its expected to have option to increase to wideband > 64 khz

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
imsdroid 2.0 galaxy s 2.3.3

Please provide any additional information below.
1- hi am wondering if there is any way to add more bandwidth on the audio 
codecs or there any methods in the api to change the codecs to 
wideband
2- the bandwidth affect the echo and delay on Audio?
