Could not connect to the server to checkout http://imsdroid.googlecode.com/svn/ #356

I have checked this issue with other issues to get a solution but i could not 
get any help. So i had to raise a new issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to check out: svn checkout 
   http://imsdroid.googlecode.com/svn/
2. I am using Tortoise SVN to checkout the code in windowns
3. Error : could not connect to server. Please find the error attached.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the source code to check out 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
i am trying to check out imsdroid 2.0 in windows

The code is under branches/2.0 as explained in many places (e.g. on the home 
page in bold font)
