HDMI sound output doesn't appear #14

Hi,

I have a laptop with sound on HDMI, using the default ubuntu sound settings I can switch back and forth with no problem. indicator-sound-switcher only displays speakers and headphones when I'm on the laptop sound card, then when I switch to HDMI it only displays the HDMI output.
