Adding Output File when no Exitrons were detected #13

Hi Tingyou,

I had to change the code of ScanExitron a little because when no Exitrons could been found no output file is generated (and this causes ScanNeo2 to fail). So I created this PR if you want to integrate this (otherwise I can also simple use this fork to get it to run).
