add header and footer

Why

We will implement a header fixed to the top and displayed in the whole app in order to facilitate user navigation. We will create a general footer so the user can find all the information he needs without scrolling up after he did read the page.

How header :

• [x] Implement a navbar in the file application.html.erb

• [x] On the left of the navbar : the "logo" of the app will link_to root_path

• [x] A dropdown to log in as masseur, company or employee

• [x] If user sign in : a button to log out

• [x] If user sign in : a link to my dashboard

footer :

• [x] Implement a footer part in the file application.html.erb

• [x] Display the footer as columns (1 : logo, 2 : who we are, 3 : sign up as...)

• [x] Create a footer.css in the folder app/stylesheets/ (Asset Pipeline) and require it in the application.css

• [x] With the CSS file, fix the footer to the bottom regardless the height of the content of the page.

• [x] Implement the multiple links_to

Must Have

• [x] A functional navbar as header, allowing a fluent navigation to the different parts of the app
• [x] A footer with multiple helpful links at the bottom of every page of the app
