Implement footer

Why

We will create a general footer so the user can find all the information he needs without scrolling up after he has read the page.

How

• [ ] Implement a footer part in the file application.html.erb

• [ ] Display the footer as columns (1 : logo, 2 : who we are, 3 : sign up as...)

• [ ] Create a footer.css in the folder app/stylesheets/ (Asset Pipeline) and require it in the application.css

• [ ] With the CSS file, fix the footer to the bottom regardless the height of the content of the page.

• [ ] Implement the different links_to

Must Have

• [ ] A footer with multiple helpful links at the bottom of every page of the app
