Create masseurs panel

Why

We will create a panel of the masseurs registered on the app so the companies can choose the one they want. The panel will be created as a component because it might be displayed on different parts of the website.

How

• [x] Create a partial in the views folder masseurs

• [ ] Design the partial with cards presenting masseur : first name, last name, specialty, adress and a default picture

Must Have

• [x] A partial presenting in card form the panel of masseurs registered on the app
