edit devise views

Why ? The basic devise form views are ugly. We have a good template.

How

• [ ] if you want, put an image (see reading list)

• [ ] some icons are in slack #documentation

• [x] paths are ok :+1:

Must have

• [x] sign in + sign up + forgotten password + edit views, for company, employee and masseur
