Does ask user whether he/she wants to update the application and doesn't show progress bar while downloading. #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install application with version say v1
2. And keep a newer version application say v2 on the server.
3. Run the application. v1. And v2 is downloaded without user knowing about it. 
It only asks user if he/she wants to Install it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected : It should prompt user if he wants the newer version. If he/she 
selected Yes or No. It should do appropriately. But what it does is it 
downloads the installation file all by itself and just prompts users to Install 
it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Air 2.0 sdk on window XP sp2

Please provide any additional information below.
