Feature Request: Convert selected text to new note #21

Firstly thank you for this amazing plugin!

Regarding the feature request, there is another plugin plugin that does this (https://discourse.joplinapp.org/t/create-note-from-highlighted-text/12511), but i believe that this feature belongs in the Note Link System as well.
