[Feature request] Update link title with linked note title

Use-case, updating a link title without having to delete and re-create it.

The user interface could be:

• Hover an existing link and using a shortcut or a mouse right-click action, "Update link with original title".
• Alternatively for multiple links, could allow selecting a block of text containing links and a right click to "Update all links with original titles".

In the original feature request, I only included Joplin notes (and not other URLs) to avoid querying and crawling page data/metadata, which would be needed for what is proposed in the second comment.

In addition, the request for an update mechanism should remain manual as:

1. You may have links for which you do not want to modify the title. For instance if I link like this.
2. After the first update, it is not possible to distinguish if the given title was automatic or manually given.
3. There may be cases where the title given to an external page is too long and a shorter form is desired.

The above situations make it such that the request in the second comment is a different feature from what was originally proposed. It may deserve an issue of its own.

Ah I missed that you were referring to note links and not webpage links. Let me create a separate issue in this case.
