Fix faraday_middleware deprecation error #110

Turns into an exception at 1.0.0

Thanks @kaungst! In which version was this new class introduced? because this might make it fail with older version then. Could you add an entry to the changelog too? (unreleased) The Travis failure seems to be on ruby-head only so no worry here probably a broken build.

Ok I checked and it's present since 0.9.1 which is the minimum version here so should be good
