Full-Page Content #19

I am trying to use the "Full-Page Content" (each link opens to a separate page with the full-page content displayed. I simply cannot figure it out with the instructions available. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The idea behind full-page content is that visitors can first be presented by a full page of internal content hosted on your site before you send them off to an external site. To have the links go to your full-page content, go to the Advanced Tab of your library configuration and set the Link Source to be "Dedicated Page"
