Category Toggles (buttons) not filtering link list when selected/deselected #4

I am unable to figure out what setting is not configured properly to allow site visitors to toggle category buttons which then will filter the library of links on the same Library 1 (Resource Directory) list.

Current Implimentation: Link Library @ gopflag.org

Forgot to mention, I am running WordPress 5.8.

Sorry for the lack of response. I’ve had a particularly busy couple of weeks. The Toggle category mode is only meant to work when the Link Display Format option under the Links tab is set to “Show categories in a Masonry Grid”. I need to add some validation when interrelated options are not all set correctly.
