Hello

there seems to have a problem with the ticket creation through mail collectors and Behaviors 2.7.3

the anonymous ticket creation in v 2.7.2 was OK , the sender's email address was added to the requester field :

but after the update to v 2.7.3 the sender's email address isn't retrieved and pasted in the requester field :

to make sure the problem was coming from behaviors , I deactivated it end then sent another email from an anonymous email address and the senders address was retrieved correctly :

When a authenticated user (with its email address correctly linked to a user in GLPI) tries to open a ticket through mail collector the subsequent ticket doesn't have a requester in the ticket body :

in the following example i've linked my email address to the "glpi" account , we can see that the requester has been correctly added on the right panel but not in the ticket's body

BUT if I edit a ticket like (adding a followup) while impersonating a tech :

the ticket becomes the requester in the tickets's body but "glpi" is still requester :

To correct the problem we've roll backed the plugin to 2.7.2 .

here's is my plugins configuration :

Thanks in advance and have a good day .

Hello everybody, We have the same problem with our collector. We have a dedicated entity for the collector and this parameter is global. Is there any possibilities to configure this parameter by entities? That could solve our problem.

Regards :D
