Hi

Is it possible to include a behavior to block the ticket description? This would increase the requester's security, as it would prevent technicians from modifying the description without the requester's knowledge.

Even though it is possible to view the change in history. First, it does not display the previous message, so you would have to analyze the form or email.

In HR sectors this can create a breach of expectations regarding the system. Even in the search for adaptation to data protection laws.

In ticket's update, block the ticket description for all people except for the author of the ticket. OK for you?

Sorry for the delay, I was on vacation and I got a bit disconnected from my routine.

Yes, it helps to block the ticket description for everyone except the author. In addition, I believe it increases security.
