Device not showing firmware update as available [BUG] #307

Describe the bug

Whilst a newer version of firmware is available for the following device, its showing as 'OTA update' as up to date. Device is Ikea Remote, currently has V1.2.214 but V2.3.014 is available (as per this resource - https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/E1524_E1810.html

Some time ago now an update was shown as available , which was completed. But its still not on the newest firmware.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to remote device in add on. OTA firmware options suggests its upto date

Expected behavior There be an option to install the update

Steps I took to try resolve the problem

Previously the option to update was shown, which completed but still not on the latest version

Think there may have been an issue in my configuration, deleteing the device & re-adding it allowed me to manually update the firmware.
