FLS-PP3 by dresden elektronik is showing 2 extra "devices"

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. add a FLS-PP3 by dresden elektronik to your network
2. Devices
3. See error:

Expected behavior I do not expect to see the 2 extra devices... When I click on them:

0x00212effff00a372/rgb
No "last_seen" information for this device: unable to check for responsiveness.
Zigbee Id is unknown yet (did you restart recently?).
Address on Zigbee Network is 0x.
Link quality is unknown/255.
Model is unknown by unknown.
Hardware version is unknown.
Firmware version is unknown.
This device type is unknown

Steps I took to try resolve the problem

I removed the deviced and re-pair, but it keeps showing up like this.

Installation

• Version of Zigbee2Mqtt: 1.14.3
• Version of Zigbee2MqttAssistant: zigbee2mqttassistant-dev version: 0.3.178

• Installation type (HASS.IO, Docker...): HassOS 4.12
