Update project dependencies to support semantic-release 18 #24

I ran ncu, to update all dependencies or would you prefer I only update semantic-release?

Hi @pgoudreau, and thank you for your pull request. I also hope you find the plugin useful.

The new version of semantic release seems to requires node 14+. I will add this requirement to the package.json while testing the branch, and also bump the package to 2.0.0.
