Chinese character encoding error #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.can create code including Chinese words and open this code file.But can't 
open such file created by Metaeditor, every encoding doesn't work fine.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.2. Win7 x64.

Please provide any additional information below.
This may not be SciTE's bug, I just want to know why. I can create in SciTE a 
code including Chinese words and save and open this code file. Also I can 
copy&paste into Metaeditor and then save as .mq4 file. But drag this mq4 file 
from metatrader folder and drop into SciTE interface, Chinese words are 
graphical, every encoding doesn't work.

this editor use UTF8 as default encoding which I think MT4 default editor 
doesn't support while saving. This editor does only support UTF8 encoding, 
there's a feature for it to support more than this though
