Allow editors from branch to edit only content related to branches #1344

On various sales calls we faced the question about if it is possible to allow editors from branch to login to the site and edit only "their" content.

@podarok Don't we do something like this on YGTC? If so, let's backport that in. If not, I'll add this to the roadmap.

@YMCA-GTC we have this in YGTC - we have Location Schedules editing functionality image This includes editing for the block which contains schedule ( Non OpenY code, legacy code, non applicable here )

Location Working Hours image This includes editing for the block which contains working hours ( Non OpenY code, legacy code, non applicable here )

Editing location related content means to create custom code, which I'd like to avoid or use already existing solutions like https://www.drupal.org/project/group ( not yet stable, but promising )

I'd like to spend some time and investigate what should be used here, build requirements, analyze demand within YMCA and then work on creating OpenY solution.

YGTC team is still working on migration of old legacy locations to OpenY branch CT I guess more answers will be after that is finished. More information is in hands of @duozersk @akaleMulder when this will be done for YGTC

This has not been backported to Open Y. This could be a high effort task to backport into Open Y with low demand. Let's hold on closing for now until Sarah can have a conversation with content managers about need/solutions.
