Add styling for Branch Amenities with Icons block at Rose and Lily #1785

During our work at carnation refactoring tickets we've added new paragraph type, called Branch Amenities with Icons that represent list of amenities with svg icons, attached to each.

We have to add styling for rose and lily themes to make this block available for all themes.

Probably this should wait for backporting of Skins subsystem from YGTC https://github.com/ymcatwincities/ymca/pull/3975 + https://github.com/ymcatwincities/ymca/pull/3978 In that case, we'd need just to decouple component style into Skin for becoming covered in all themes
