Active Net Helper Module Testing #2204

Corresponds to line #155 in the Drupal 9 testing & tracking document. The helper module for Active Net needs to be tested to ensure functionality in Drupal 9 and ensure there are no regressions during the upgrade process. @podarok to provide additional testing steps and needs here.

Discussion with 5Jars - they do not use this module with Brandywine, they have a repository with the modules that they do use. JW & One Each follows the work from 5Jars; they do not use this module as well.

Julia from 5Jars confirmed that 5Jars will take a look. This item is not a part of the Open Y core, and as the custom module owner, 5Jars will review the module in order to ensure stability for the repository. Example Y that uses this repository is Brandywine Y.
