Add "Remove Format" button to Full HTML editor #2305

add:

            - RemoveFormat
            - '-'

which will add the "Remove Format" button the the WYSIWYG editor, allowing editors to clean up <span> nastiness when pasting code from Word or other editors.

@podarok is going to create a short video on how content managers can enable this on their own and then we will share with @froboy for review. We will keep this item as an issue to determine if it should be prioritized in 2021.
