Finalize setup of permissions for roles: Contributor and Editor #880

We have Editor and Contributor roles in the distributive, but workflow is not setup for them perfectly. Example: Create a new user with Editor Role Login as Editor Go to admin/content?type=blog See that you have no access to edit existing blogs

Expected: Editor should be able to edit all blog posts, (he can edit landing pages) Contributor should be able to propose changes for content (create new unpublished revisions)

Also YMCAs usually are having demand to grant permissions only to particular section of website. Example: Location manager can edit only Downtown location node and pages related to this location.
