Type: Bug

  1. Open new file.

  2. New files appear with license turned on.

  3. Use extension-bisect to identify the problem.(Results included)

I am sorry. I did not know that auto-filling was a basic function.

It seems that auto insert was turned on for some reason. And I panicked.
