after restore chrome setting the advance rest client was remove and and cant be install again

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.rest setting
2.advance rest client remove
3.try to install is again and getting an error "There was a problem adding the 
item to Chrome. Please refresh  the page  and try again" - ofcourse wasnt 
working 4 me. error repeat again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

On what operating system, browser and browser version?

I'm having the same problem.  This is with the beta version of Chrome, 
39.0.2171.27 beta-m (64-bit).  It works fine for me with the latest non-beta 
version.

Basically, after the upgrade to the latest chrome beta, the Advanced Rest 
Client disappeared from my list of apps.  I had two open tabs for it, and those 
failed to load after the upgrade/restart.  It also fails to re-install.

Same happening here... really hoping all my saved calls aren't lost once this 
is resolved :(
