timed out unable to install #35

Hello,

never had this issue before, please advise

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=epp.package.java, 
phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
Unable to read repository at 
http://proclipsing.googlecode.com/svn/tags/current_releases/proclipsingSite/plug
ins/dch.eclipse.EclipseP5Exporter_0.2.6.jar.
Read timed out

Try turning your firewall off worked for me.
