src folder removed from source path after updating libs in preferences #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a project
2. Go to preferences, click ok
3. src folder is no longer in Source Path

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
src folder remains in source path

Brain fixed this and it is in production.
