note: This error originates from a subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip. ERROR: Failed building wheel for pycocotools Running setup.py clean for pycocotools Failed to build pycocotools ERROR: ERROR: Failed to build installable wheels for some pyproject.toml based projects (pycocotools)

It seems that this is not a problem with the code, but rather with the environment. If you need to install pycocotools in a Windows system, you should refer to some specific tutorials.
