Wont connect to the internet

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start gotube 
2. try to connect 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To connect. A connection error has occurred.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Psp-1000 5.50 Gen-D

Please provide any additional information below.
Constantly switches from. Connection to access point....> Exchanging Key
information.... than says connection error has occurred.
