TortoiseSVN crashing when sending crash report

1. So, first things first:
The link for the mailing lists that you have in the page 
http://tortoisesvn.net/community.html is not working and is returning an 
Exeption (see image attached). So I could not discuss this in the mailing lists

2. Then:
TortoiseSVN keeps crashing no matter what I try to do. Updating, Commiting, etc.

3. Last:
When trying to send the crash report it gives an error (see image attached)
