Hello @ynn1k , added the skeleton files needed for parcel for the issue #11

Added .sassrc file to avoid an issue

updated README with the neccessary commands

Hey @RanjithGovindaraj thanks for adding parcel. Could you please add --public-url ./ to the build command? Otherwise the build files would throw an 404 error: https://github.com/parcel-bundler/parcel/issues/1865
